1. Advantage:
- Strong bull style roofing sheet roll forming machine, also called trapezoidal roofing sheet roll forming machine, corrugated sheet roll forming machine, very popular.
- The machine can use color steel plate, galvinazed steel plate, G550 full hard galvanizes steel coil, thickness range is 0.3-0.8mm, coil width is 914mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1220mm,1250mm.
- We can produce machine according to customer's drawing.
- You can see the structure frame (baffle) we used 40mm cast iron, whole piece cast iron, to make sure the structure more stronger, and can give more precise for the shafts.
- The baffles are positioned by CNC computer, keep each space between two baffles same, and the baffle is double triangle support to strengthen, double bearing, running without noise.
